A PASSING UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL COMBINE WITH ABUNDANT JET STREAM ENERGY AND ABUNDANT MOISTURE ALREADY IN PLACE TO TRIGGER AN OUTBREAK OF SIGNIFICANT SEVERE WEATHER TODAY INTO TONIGHT.
