MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES OVER TRI-STATE AREA WITH GOOD SFC HEATING ONGOING WITH TEMPS IN THE 80S. CWA IS IN SLIGHT OR MOD RISK AREA. DEWPOINTS ARE IN THE UPPER 50S.
