ALSO CONTINUED MENTION OF FLASH FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FOR ENTIRE CWA THROUGH TONIGHT. LATEST 02Z SURFACE ANALYSIS SHOWS STALLED FRONT LYING NORTHEAST TO SOUTHWEST THROUGH GOODLAND.
