MENTION OF FLASH FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FOR ENTIRE CWA THROUGH
TONIGHT.

LATEST 02Z SURFACE ANALYSIS SHOWS STALLED FRONT LYING NORTHEAST TO
SOUTHWEST THROUGH GOODLAND. BEST DYNAMICS PLUS GOOD 25H JET COMING
TOGETHER OVER CWA THIS EVENING RESULTING IN GOOD THUNDERSTORM
DEVELOPMENT. THUNDERSTORMS SHOULD CONTINUE TO DEVELOP AND MIGRATE
EAST AS AN MCS INTO THE EARLY MORNING HOURS OF TOMORROW.
