FORECAST DISCUSSION FOR EASTERN NORTH DAKOTA AND NORTHWEST MINNESOTA NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE EASTERN ND/GRAND FORKS ND 245 AM CDT WED JUN 09 1999 STRONG/SVR CONVECTION CONTINUING ACROSS FA ALONG EASTWARD MOVING COLD FRONT AND DOWNSTREAM WITH STRONG INSTABILITY...HIGH CAPE AND 40 TO 50KT LLJ. MODELS IN A LITTLE BETTER AGREEMENT THIS RUN. CONSIDERING PAST HISTORY WILL CONTINUE TO LEAN TOWARDS THE ETA. CURRENTLY COLD FRONT PUSHING INTO WESTERN CWA.
