THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN/SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  REAL COUNTY IN TEXAS

* UNTIL 800 AM CST

* AT 520 AM CST... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR
INDICATED A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN NORTHERN
REAL COUNTY...TRAINING NORTHEASTWARD NEAR 20 MPH.

* SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO TRAIN NORTHEASTWARD ACROSS
  REAL COUNTY THIS MORNING WITH RADAR ESTIMATING 1 TO 2 INCHES PER
  HOUR AND ISOLATED AMOUNTS OF OVER 2 INCHES AN HOUR.  MOST OF THE
  HEAVY RAIN HAS BEEN CONFINED TO THE NORTHERN HALF REAL COUNTY AND
  WATER WILL BE ON THE RISE AT LOW WATER CROSSINGS AND STREAMS AND
  CREEKS.  MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO BE EXTRA CAUTIOUS THIS MORNING.

DON'T DRIVE ACROSS FLOODED ROADS! MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN
AUTOMOBILES.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED...
ACT QUICKLY. MOVE UP TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS. DO NOT STAY IN AREAS
SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING. IT IS VERY DIFFICULT
AT NIGHT TO TELL HOW MUCH WATER IS ON ROADS. MOTORISTS SHOULD NOT
DRIVE THROUGH WATER OF UNKNOWN DEPTH.
