THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN/SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES IN TEXAS...
  ATASCOSA COUNTY
  FRIO COUNTY

* UNTIL 300 AM CDT

* AT 1210 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A BAND OF MODERATE TO HEAVY
  RAIN MOVING INTO ATASCOSA AND FRIO COUNTIES.  RAINFALL RATES WERE
  ESTIMATED AT 1 TO 1.5 INCHES AN HOUR.  MOVEMENT WAS WEST NORTHWEST
  AT 25 MPH.  THIS IS A FEEDER BAND ASSOCIATED WITH BRET AND CELL
  TRAINING IS LIKELY.  

* THIS WARNING INCLUDES LOCATIONS IN AND AROUND...

CORE BAND RAINS CONTINUE TO MOVE ACROSS THE SOUTHERN COUNTIES OF THE
CWA FROM THE REMNANTS OF BRET.  WITH BOUNDARY LAYER WINDS AND THE
CENTER OF BRET STILL OVER SOUTHWESTERN SECTIONS OF CWA...WILL KEEP
WIND ADVISORY UP FOR TONIGHT AS WINDS ARE STILL GUSTING TO 35 TO 40
MPH.  WITH ADDITIONAL BANDS COMING ONSHORE OVER THE COASTAL SECTIONS
INTO THE EASTERN COUNTIES OF THE CWA WILL CONTINUE THE EVENING FF
