* AT 626 PM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A TORNADO OVER EASTERN BARNWELL 
  COUNTY MOVING EAST AT 45 MPH.  THE STORM WAS MOVING TOWARD 
  THE TOWN OF BAMBERG.
