* AT 357 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
  A TORNADO 4 MILES SOUTHWEST OF BORDEN. THE STORM WAS MOVING 
  TOWARD THE EAST AT 40 MPH.
