* AT 237 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 
  A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 3 MILES SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF ELGIN. THE 
  STORM WAS MOVING TOWARD THE EAST-NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
