  JACKSON COUNTY... IN NORTHERN ALABAMA.

* UNTIL 1020 AM CDT

* AT 817 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN
AREA OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN ... MOVING SOUTHEAST
AROUND 35 MILES AN HOUR. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL COULD BE AS HIGH AS
THREE INCHES IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. MOTORISTS SHOULD EXERCISE
EXTREME CAUTION.
