* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CHAMBERS COUNTY... IN EAST CENTRAL ALABAMA

* UNTIL 1005 PM CDT

* A BAND OF THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL...HAS PERSISTED ACROSS
  NORTHERN CHAMBERS COUNTY SINCE 700 PM CDT.  RADAR HAS ESTIMATED TWO
  TO THREE INCHES ACROSS EXTREME NORTHERN CHAMBERS COUNTY.  WATER WAS
  REPORTED COVERING COUNTY 278 NEAR STANDING ROCK.  ANOTHER CLUSTER OF
  STORMS WILL MOVE ACROSS ALL OF CHAMBERS COUNTY DURING THE NEXT FEW
  HOURS...PRODUCING ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINFALL...OF 2 TO< 3 INCHES.
