THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BIRMINGHAM HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHERN DALLAS COUNTY... IN CENTRAL ALABAMA

* UNTIL 625 PM CDT

* AT 4:25 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER SOUTHERN DALLAS
COUNTY. THE STONGEST STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR THE DANNELLY RESERVOIR OVER
SOUTHWESTERN DALLAS COUNTY.  THIS STORM WAS DRIFTING VERY SLOWLY
NORTHEAST AND WILL PRODUCE RAINFALL RATES OF 3 TO 4 INCHES PER HOUR.
