THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BIRMINGHAM HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WINSTON COUNTY... IN NORTHERN ALABAMA

* UNTIL 715 PM CST

* LAW ENFORCEMENT AND EMA OFFICIALS IN WINSTON COUNTY HAVE REPORTED
  WATER COVERING ROADWAYS IN SEVERAL AREAS OF CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN
  WINSTON COUNTY.  RADAR HAS ESTIMATED THAT TWO TO THREE INCHES OF
  RAINFALL HAVE LIKELY FALLEN ACROSS PORTIONS OF WINSTON COUNTY SINCE
  EARLY AFTERNOON.  ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IS LIKELY ACROSS THE COUNTY
  THROUGH THE LATE AFTERNOON HOURS...SO ADDITIONAL FLOODING IS LIKELY
  TO OCCUR ACROSS MOST OF THE COUNTY.
