* AT 249 PM CST... A TORNADO WAS DETECTED...BY NATIONAL WEATHER
  SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR...JUST NORTH OF KENNEDY IN EASTERN LAMAR
COUNTY.  THE STORM IS MOVING NORTHEAST AROUND 45 MPH.


* TORNADO WILL MOVE INTO FAYETTE COUNTY.  THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM
