SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 830 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

IN NORTHEASTERN OKLAHOMA

   ...EXTREME SOUTHERN TULSA COUNTY

AT 754 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM BETWEEN SLICK AND KELLYVILLE.  THIS STORM IS
MOVING TO THE EAST AT 30 MPH.  MOUNDS...BIXBY AND GLENPOOL ARE IN
THE PATH OF THIS STORM.

HAIL TO THE SIZE OF DIMES AND WIND GUSTS TO 60 MPH CAN BE
EXPECTED IN THE WARNED AREA.

LOTS OF SC ROTATING ACROSS NE OK THIS AFTERNOON HAS KEPT PM TEMPS
DOWN ALONG THE KS BORDER.  EXPECT THAT CLOUD COVER AND WINDS WILL
DIMINISH AS THE SUN SETS.

BIG QUESTION IS WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN WITH NEXT SYSTEM TO PIVOT
ACROSS THE AREA TOMORROW.  MODELS ARE SIMILAR IN MASS FIELDS...BUT
PRECIP FIELDS AND GUIDANCE POPS WERE A BIT ERRATIC.  FEEL THAT
AIRMASS IS TOO DRY TO PRODUCE MUCH...MAY SEE QUITE A BIT OF VIRGA.
WILL MENTION 20-30 POPS FOR SHRA TOMORROW.  AS THIS SYSTEM MOVES EAST
OF THE AREA...SFC PRESSURES START TO RISE WITH STRONG NW WINDS
DEVELOPING WED NIGHT.  SHOULD CONTINUE TO SEE PLENTY OF LOW-MID LEVEL
MOISTURE ACROSS THE AREA THROUGH THURS MORN...ESPECIALLY OVER NRN
ZONES.  GOOD LOW-LEVEL CAA IS ALSO NOTED BEHIND THE SYSTEM...SO WILL
GENERALLY GO AT OR BELOW THE LOWEST AVAILABLE GUIDANCE.  THE EXTENDED
LOOKS TO BE DRY WITH A WARMING TREND THROUGH THE WEEKEND.  MRF HOLDS
NEXT SYSTEM OFF TO THE WEST UNTIL EARLY NEXT WEEK.
