RAPIDLY EASTWARD THIS EVENING.  PRECIPITATION BAND HAS ORGANIZED INTO
A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WHICH HAS BEEN MOVING EASTWARD AROUND 35 MPH.
 ACTIVITY HAS SPREAD EASTWARD FASTER THAN INDICATED BY THE EARLIER
MODELS...SO WILL UPDATE TO ADJUST TIMING OF THE ONSET OF
PR^ECIPITATION TONIGHT.  OTHERWISE AFTERNOON FORECAST LOOKS GOOD AND
WILL MAKE ONLY MINOR TWEAKS IF ANY ON UPDATE PACKAGE WHICH WILL BE
