UPPER LOW ON ANIMATED SATELLITE IMAGERY AND ON 500 MB UPPER AIR CHART WAS CENTERED OVER SE OKLA THIS MORNING AND WAS MOVING EAST. COLD POOL AT 500 MB NOTED ACROSS CENTRAL OKLA THIS MORN WILL SPREAD INTO ERN OKLA AND ARKANSAS THIS AFTN...AIDING IN DEVELOPMENT OF SCATTERED SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY BY EARLY AFTERNOON. THUNDERSTORMS EXPECTED TO BE MOST NUMEROUS ACROSS SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA AGAIN TODAY...AND HIGHER POPS IN THAT AREA LOOK GOOD. TEMPS ALSO APPR ON TRACK TO RISE WELL INTO THE 90S. FCSTID = 9 .TUL...
