FRANKLIN COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN ARKANSAS * UNTIL 345 PM CDT * AT 253 PM...RADAR DETECTED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NORTH OF INTERSTATE 40 ABOUT 8 MILES NORTHEAST OF OZARK...MOVING VERY SLOWLY SOUTH. * SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED INCLUDE... COLD POOL AT 500 MB NOTED ACROSS CENTRAL OKLA THIS MORN WILL SPREAD INTO ERN OKLA AND ARKANSAS THIS AFTN...AIDING IN DEVELOPMENT OF SCATTERED SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY BY EARLY AFTERNOON.
