CARROLL COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN ARKANSAS MADISON COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN ARKANSAS * UNTIL 1100 PM CDT * AT 1007 PM... DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS FROM FORUM TO KINGSTON. DAMAGING WIND GUSTS TO NEAR 60 MPH WILL OCCUR WITH MANY OF THESE STORMS AS THEY MOVE NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH. * THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS ARE NEAR THE PATH OF THESE STORMS...
