FRANKLIN COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN ARKANSAS * UNTIL 1000 PM CDT * AT 930 PM... DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS FROM FERN TO MOUNTAIN TOP TO ALTUS. DAMAGING WIND GUSTS TO NEAR 60 WILL OCCUR WITH MANY OF THESE STORMS AS THEY MOVE NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH. * THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS ARE NEAR THE PATH OF THESE STORMS...
