    EASTERN WASHINGTON COUNTY IN UTAH

   * UNTIL 530 PM MDT

   * AT 420 PM MDT WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
     RAIN OVER THE HEADWATERS OF THE VIRGIN RIVER IN NORTHWEST KANE 
     COUNTY. HEAVY RAIN WAS ALSO STILL FALLING OVER EASTERN 
     WASHINGTON COUNTY.
