THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SALT LAKE CITY HAS ISSUED A

   * FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
     EASTERN WASHINGTON COUNTY IN UTAH

   * UNTIL 430 PM MDT

   * AT 315 PM MDT A WEATHER SPOTTER IN VIRGIN REPORTED VERY HEAVY 
     RAIN AND DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED THIS RAIN WAS FAIRLY WIDESPREAD. 

   * OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE TOQUERVILLE...NEW 
     HARMONY...SPRINGDALE...HURRICANE AND ZION NP

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THESE RAINS WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF 
CREEKS AND STREAMS...ROADS AND ROADSIDE CULVERTS. THE HEAVY RAINS 
COULD ALSO TRIGGER ROCK AND MUDSLIDES IN STEEP TERRAIN.
