THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SALT LAKE CITY HAS ISSUED A

   * FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
     EXTREME SOUTHWESTERN SAN JUAN COUNTY IN UTAH
     CENTRAL AND EASTERN KANE COUNTY IN UTAH

   * UNTIL 545 PM MDT

   * AT 412 PM MDT WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY
     RAIN OVER CENTRAL KANE COUNTY AND ALONG THE UTAH ARIZONA BORDER 
     PORTION OF EASTERN KANE AND EXTREME SOUTHWEST SAN JUAN COUNTY.

THE UTAH HIGHWAY PATROL REPORTED THAT FLASH FLOODING 25 MILES WEST 
OF BIG WATER HAS CLOSED SOME RECREATION ACCESS ROADS IN THE AREA.  
THE THUNDERSTORMS IN THAT AREA AND THOSE MOVING OUT OF ARIZONA WILL 
PRODUCE ADDITIONAL FLASH FLOODING THROUGH 545 PM.
