THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SALT LAKE CITY HAS ISSUED A

   * FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
     WESTERN KANE COUNTY IN UTAH

   * UNTIL 415 PM MDT

   * AT 306 PM MDT WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR AND WEATHER         
     SPOTTERS INDICATED VERY HEAVY EAST OF KANAB AND 30 MILES WEST   
     OF BIG WATER...MOVING NORTH AT 30 MILES PER HOUR.    

WEATHER SPOTTERS NEAR KANAB REPORT .75 INCHES OF RAIN IN 30 
MINUTES.  THIS WILL CAUSE SOME FLOODING OF WASHES IN THE AREA.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
