THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SALT LAKE CITY HAS ISSUED A

   * FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
     SOUTHEASTERN SAN JUAN COUNTY IN UTAH
     INCLUDING BLANDING

   * UNTIL 545 PM MDT

   * AT 239 PM MDT SPOTTERS REPORTED JUST UNDER AN INCH OF RAIN IN   
   30 MINUTES. DOPPLER RADAR INDICATES THESE STORMS WILL CONTINUE TO 
   MOVE SLOWLY SOUTH AND EAST.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...NORMALLY DRY WASHES AND ARROYOS.
FLOODING CAN OCCUR IN NORMALLY DRY WASHES EVEN WHEN THE STORM IS 
LOCATED IN THE DISTANCE.
