THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH IN EFFECT UNTIL 800 PM THIS EVENING FOR ALL OF SOUTHEASTERN WEST VIRGINIA...MUCH OF SOUTHWEST AND ALL OF WEST CENTRAL VIRGINIA...AND NORTHWEST NORTH CAROLINA.
