IN WEST WEST VIRGINIA ...CABELL COUNTY AT 445 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR BARBOURSVILLE. THIS STORM WAS TRACKING EAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR AND WILL TRACK ALONG INTERSTATE 64.
