IN WEST WEST VIRGINIA ...LINCOLN COUNTY. AT 734 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A POSSIBLE TORNADO ENTERING NORTHWEST LINCOLN COUNTY...NEAR THE CABELL...WAYNE COUNTY LINE.
