363 WUUS1 KRDU 201936 RRA SVRRDU NCC067-202005- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RALEIGH NC 235 PM EST FRI MAR 20 1998 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN RALEIGH HAS ISSUED A * SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR WESTERN FORSYTH COUNTY * UNTIL 305 PM EST * THIS STORM WILL AFFECT: CLEMMONS AND WINSTON SALEM * BASIS FOR WARNING: AT 230 PM...NWS RADAR INDICATED A VERY STRONG STORM MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH THROUGH THE WESTERN PART OF FORSYTH COUNTY. AT 235 PM...MARBLE SIZED HAIL WAS REPORTED IN LEWISVILLE. THIS STORM COULD PRODUCE DAMAGING HAIL AND STRONG WINDS. A TORNADO WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 700 PM THIS EVENING.
