THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PUEBLO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CUSTER COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN COLORADO

* UNTIL 820 PM MDT

* AT 515 PM MDT...DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED 2 TO 5 INCHES OF RAIN FELL
  5 MILES NORTHEAST OF WESTCLIFFE.  SPOTTERS REPORTED FLOODING OF
  COUNTY ROAD 255.  THE HEAVY RAIN WAS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 5 MPH.

* THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO PRODUCE FLOODING RAIN OVER THE OPEN
  COUNTRY NORTH OF HIGHWAY 96 AND EAST OF HIGHWAY 69 AND TO THE AREA
  EAST OF HIGHWAY 165 10 MILES NORTH OF SAN ISABEL THROUGH 615 PM.

IF YOU ARE IN OR CLOSE TO THE WARNED AREA GO TO HIGHER GROUND
IMMEDIATELY.  DO NOT DRIVE OR WALK THROUGH WATER.  YOU NEVER KNOW
