* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WESTERN AND NORTHERN EL PASO COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL COLORADO

* UNTIL 900 PM MDT

* AT 650 PM MDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED RAIN STILL FALLING AT
  THE RATE OF 1 INCH PER HOUR OVER PARTS OF EL PASO COUNTY AND
  FLOODING WAS CONTINUING.

* FLOODING WILL CONTINUE OVER WESTERN AND NORTHERN EL PASO COUNTY
THROUGH 9 PM MDT.

IF YOU ARE IN OR CLOSE TO THE WARNED AREA GO TO HIGHER GROUND
IMMEDIATELY.  DO NOT DRIVE OR WALK THROUGH WATER.  YOU NEVER KNOW
