IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO ...BELMONT COUNTY...GUERNSEY COUNTY...MUSKINGUM COUNTY AT MIDNIGHT THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN WERE OCCURRING OVER EAST CENTRAL OHIO. STREAMS IN THESE AREAS ARE ALREADY BANK FULL AND ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL LIKELY CAUSE THEM TO FLOOD. A QUICK INCH IN LESS THAN AN HOUR WILL RESULT IN FLASH FLOODING! DO NOT DRIVE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROAD. THE WATER MAY BE nTOO DEEP TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
