IN EAST CENTRAL OHIO ...MONROE COUNTY...NOBLE COUNTY AT 11PM EST...PITTSBURGH AND CHARLESTON WEATHER RADARS INDICATED THUNDERTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN MOVING NORTHEAST ALONG THE OHIO RIVER. THESE STORMS WILL MOVE THROUGH MONROE AND NOMBLE COUNTIES...WITH THE HEAVIEST RAIN ANTICIPATED TO FALL BETWEEN MIDNIGHT AND 1AM. STREAMS IN THESE COUNTIES ARE HIGH DUE TO RECENT RAINFALL. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL CAUSE SMALL STREAMS TO FLOOD. A QUICK INCH OF RAIN COULD RESULT IN FLASH FLOODING! MOST DEATHS IN FLASH FLOODING OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.
