* AT 816 PM CDT DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING TORNADO 3 MILES SOUTHWEST
  OF MOORE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MILES PER HOUR.

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE NORMAN AND NOBLE

THIS TORNADO IS LIKELY OBSCURED BY RAIN AND MAY NOT BE VISIBLE --
