FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

A VERY STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED OVER EASTERN NEW LONDON
COUNTY. THE STORM WAS MOVING VERY SLOWLY AT AROUND 10 MILES AN
HOUR. THE STORM MAY PRODUCE ANYWHERE FROM 2 TO 3 INCHES IN AN
HOUR.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
