* UNTIL 1200 AM MIDNIGHT CDT

* AT AT 1115 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SEVERE STORMS WITH
  DAMAGING WINDS FROM NEW RICHMOND TO ELLSWORTH...OR 25 EAST OF
  ST PAUL. EXPECT WINDS SPEED OF 70 TO 75 MPH WITH THESE STORMS.

  THE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST 60 MPH.
