* AT 1134 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE STORMS
  FROM JUST NORTHWEST OF MENOMONIE...TO JUST WEST OF DURAND..  THE
  STORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 50 MPH.  EXPECT WINDS OF 70 TO 75 MPH.
