SHEBOYGAN COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL WISCONSIN * UNTIL 1025 AM CDT * AT 615 AM CDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER SHEBOYGAN COUNTY...
