* AT MIDNIGHT...FLOODING WAS STILL OCCURING IN PARTS OF THE WARNING AREA.
  MOST REPORTED PROBLEMS ARE IN THE VICINITY OF THE TURTLE CREEK BASIN...
  WHICH EXTENDS FROM BELOIT TO NEAR MILLARD IN WALWORTH COUNTY.  FLASH
