* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  FAYETTE COUNTY IN WESTERN TENNESSEE

* UNTIL 935 AM CDT

* AT 730 AM CDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  AN AREA OF HEAVY RAIN FROM GALLAWAY TO OAKLAND TO LA GRANGE MOVING
  SOUTHEAST AT 5 MILES AN HOUR.

* LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORT THAT WATER WAS COVERING PARTS OF
  ROUTE 193 SOUTH OF OAKLAND. RAINFALL RATES OF NEAR ONE INCH PER
  HOUR WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH 830 AM BEFORE STORMS DIMINISH.
