* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  DYER COUNTY IN WESTERN TENNESSEE

* UNTIL 420 AM CDT

* AT 110 AM CDT... LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS INDICATED AN AREA OF
  HEAVY RAIN VICINITY OF DYERSBURG MOVING SOUTH AT 5 MPH.

* RESCUE OPERATIONS ARE UNDERWAY IN DYERSBURG WHERE HEAVY RAINS HAVE
  RESULTED IN FLASH FLOODING WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS. THIS IS A VERY
  DANGEROUS SITUATION. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF 1 TO 2 INCHES IS
  POSSIBLE BEFORE THESE STORMS MOVE SOUTH OUT OF THE AREA.
