  SOUTH CENTRAL ANDREWS COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN TEXAS

* UNTIL 640 PM CDT

* AT 548 PM CDT... MIDLAND DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A DEVELOPING
  TORNADO 11 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ANDREWS OR 5 MILES EAST OF THE
  INTERSECTION OF STATE HIGHWAY 115 AND FM 181 MOVING SOUTHEAST AT
  10 MPH.

* THE TORNADO IS CURRENTLY EXPECTED TO REMAIN OVER RURAL AREAS.
