* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  WESTERN ANDREWS COUNTY IN NORTHWESTERN TEXAS

* UNTIL 820 PM CDT

* AT 525 PM CDT... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THAT A THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN WAS LOCATED 10 MILES WEST
  OF ANDREWS... MOVING SOUTHEAST AT LESS THAN 10 MPH.

* EXCESSIVE RAINFALL AT THE RATE OF 2 INCHES PER HOUR WILL PRODUCE
  FLOODING ALONG HIGHWAY 115 AND 176 THROUGH 820 PM CDT.
