* UNTIL 850 PM EDT

* AT 803 PM EDT... A TORNADO WAS INDICATED OVER WESTERN ALLEGANY
  COUNTY SOUTHEAST OF FROSTBURG... BY DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR AND
  WEATHER SPOTTERS... MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

* DOPPLER INDICATES A TORNADO WITH THIS SEVERE THUNDERSTORM.
  ALLEGANY
  COUNTY EOC REPORTED A FUNNEL CLOUD 1 MILE SOUTHEAST OF THE TOWN
  OF
  FROSTBURG AT 801 PM EDT. THE STORM WILL MOVE SOUTHEAST RIGHT
  ALONG
  THE NORTHERN MINERAL AND SOUTHERN ALLEGANY COUNTY LINE DURING THE
  NEXT 45 MINUTES. THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM.
