* FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  NORTHERN CASTRO COUNTY IN THE TEXAS PANHANDLE
  INCLUDING THE CITY OF DIMMITT
*
 UNTIL 100 PM CST

* AT 1100 AM CST... NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  A CLUSTER OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN
  ACROSS NORTHERN SECTION OF CASTRO COUNTY.

* NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR AND OBSERVER REPORTS
  INDICATE THAT UP TO FIVE INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN ACROSS THE
  NORTHERN HALF OF CASTRO COUNTY INCLUDING THE CITY OF DIMMITT.
  ADDITIONAL SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE ACROSS THE AREA
  BETWEEN 11 AM AND 1 PM. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF UP TO AN INCH AN
