* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  COLE COUNTY IN CENTRAL MISSOURI
  MONITEAU COUNTY IN CENTRAL MISSOURI
  OSAGE COUNTY IN CENTRAL MISSOURI

* UNTIL 200 PM CDT

* ALTHOUGH MOST OF MONITEAU...COLE...AND OSAGE COUNTIES HAVE
  RECEIVED AN INCH OR LESS OF RAIN THIS MORNING...AREAS JUST TO
  THE SOUTH...IN MORGAN...MILLER...AND MARIES COUNTIES...HAVE
  PICKED UP OVER 5 INCHES OF RAIN.  RUNOFF FROM THESE DOWNPOURS
  IN MORGAN...MILLER...AND MARIES COUNTIES IS NOW BEGINNING TO
  PRODUCE FLOODING IN SOUTHERN SECTIONS OF MONITEAU...COLE...AND
  OSAGE COUNTIES.

* HIGHWAY A IS NOW CLOSED AT ENON...IN EXTREME SOUTHEAST MONITEAU
  COUNTY.  FLOODING HAS ALSO BEEN REPORTED ALONG A ROADWAY NEAR
  THE COLE-MILLER COUNTY LINE...WHICH HAS DAMAGED THE ROADWAY.
  IN ADDITION...A HIGH WATER RESCUE WAS OCCURRING LATE THIS
  MORNING NEAR ARGYLE...ALONG THE MARIES-OSAGE COUNTY LINE.

  IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED OR IMMINENT...MOVE QUICKLY TO HIGHER
  GROUND. NEVER DRIVE INTO AN AREA WHERE WATER CO VERS THE ROAD...
  ESPECIALLY LOW-WATER BRIDGES.

  IF YOU ARE CAMPING NEAR A SMALL STREAM...MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND
  NOW.  RAIN UPSTREAM MAY CAUSE FLASH FLOODING AT YOUR LOCATION
