AT 140 AM CST...DOPPLER RADAR IN SLIDELL SHOWED CLUSTERS OF STRONG
TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS MOVING ACROSS LAKE PONTCHARTRAIN AND ST
TAMMANY PARISH...PRODUCING RAINFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR.
FLOODING OF STREETS...HOMES...AND LOW LYING AREAS ARE EXPECTED
THROUGH 445 AM.
