IN SOUTHEASTERN TEXAS ...JASPER COUNTY AT 1155 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 4 MILES SOUTHWEST OF JASPER. THIS STORM IS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
