THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LAKE CHARLES LA HAS ISSUED A
FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1250 PM CST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN SOUTHEASTERN TEXAS

   ...HARDIN COUNTY

AT 1045 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
LINE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS FROM KOUNTZE SOUTHWEST TO
BETWEEN HOUSTON AND GALVESTON. THIS LINE WILL REMAIN NEARLY
STATIONARY THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS RESULTING IN STORMS
CONTINUING TO DEVELOP OVER THE SAME AREA. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF UP
TO TWO INCHES AN HOUR CAN BE EXPECTED. FLOODING OF STREETS AND LOW-
LYING AREAS WILL OCCUR.

ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
